Experience a fully tailored 60-minute session designed around your individual goals, fitness level, and preferences. Each workout combines expert coaching, proper technique guidance, and motivation to help you train safely and effectively. Whether your focus is strength, weight loss, conditioning, or overall wellbeing, Samantha will create a structured plan that challenges you while keeping it enjoyable and achievable. Every session includes warm-up, targeted training, and recovery to ensure balanced, long-term progress. Each session takes place in my own Gym in Ewell so you do not need a gym membership!

Group Training 60 min
£60.00

Train with your friends in a fun, motivating environment with sessions designed to build strength, fitness, and confidence. Each small group session is led by Samantha, ensuring proper technique, individual attention, and plenty of encouragement. Enjoy the energy of training together while still receiving the guidance and support of a personal trainer. Each session takes place in my own Gym in Ewell so you do not need a gym membership! (2-3 person groups prefered, priced per group)

Bootcamp - Poole Road

Join Samantha every Thursday at 9:30 AM for a fun, energising 1-hour Bootcamp at Poole Road Recreation Ground. These outdoor sessions combine strength, cardio, and functional training to boost fitness, burn calories, and build confidence. Suitable for all abilities — come ready to move, laugh, and feel amazing!

About me

Hi, I’m Samantha, founder of Samantha’s Health and Fitness. I’ve been working in the fitness industry for over 17 years, helping people of all ages and abilities feel stronger, healthier, and more confident. My background includes Olympic Weightlifting, CrossFit, and nutrition coaching, which allows me to take a holistic approach to training. I believe fitness should be personal, enjoyable, and sustainable — not intimidating. My goal is to create a welcoming environment where every client feels supported, challenged, and inspired to reach their full potential.
